Usage and Biology

The 3' end strand has the complementary sequence to primer0 amplified by the TWJ-SDA reaction [1], and the 5' end strand is the template strand for primer1 [2].

When TWJ-SDA was connected to 3step-SDA, an increase in amplification speed was observed around the 40-minute mark.
